About the Role
As our Business Support Administrator, you’ll become the link between our Sales, Finance and Contracts teams, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from quotation through to invoicing and contract administration.
You’ll communicate with customers, suppliers and colleagues every day, helping to deliver the exceptional service that Nexian is known for.
No two days are the same, and you’ll quickly become a trusted member of the team whose work genuinely makes a difference.
Your Responsibilities
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Liaise with the Sales team to ensure all order information is complete.
- Work with the Finance team to ensure customer orders are correctly processed for invoicing and billing.
- Support the Contracts team by ensuring customer agreements and records are maintained and updated accurately.
- Maintain customer records and business documentation.
- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly and professionally to enquiries.
- Help ensure customer orders progress smoothly from initial sale through to completion.
- Identify and resolve administrative issues before they become problems.
- Support other departments with general business administration where required.

Previous administration or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential. We’ll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
Hybrid Working
To help you learn the role, build relationships and gain a thorough understanding of our business, you’ll be based full-time in our Birmingham office during your probationary period.
Once you’ve successfully completed probation and are fully established in the role, you’ll move to a hybrid working pattern, combining office and home working.
