Customer Service Advisor – Bodyshop

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:30pm, with rota'd Saturdays (around 1 in 4)

About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join our busy Bodyshop team. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, providing updates, and ensuring every customer receives a smooth, professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in person and over the phone in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage repair bookings and schedule vehicles into the workshop
- Liaise with insurance companies, customers and the workshop to ensure smooth communication
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs
- Prepare and issue repair estimates, invoices, and documentation accurately
- Handle any queries or complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records using our Bodyshop management system (e.g. Autoflow, etc.)
- Check in and hand over customer vehicle and replacement vehicles
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Bodyshop, Accident Repair Centre, or automotive service role is preferred but not essential and training is proivided.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and management systems
- A team player with a positive, professional attitude
