Who we’re looking for
As a HR Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to kick-start or further develop your career in HR while earning a salary and studying towards a CIPD qualification (Level 3 or Level 5, depending on your experience and qualifications). Working as part of our People, Learning and Wellbeing team, you'll gain real-world experience, receive mentoring from experienced professionals, build valuable skills and knowledge, and develop a recognised qualification that can open doors to future career opportunities in HR.
Using your energy, enthusiasm and ‘can do’ attitude, you’ll support the team to deliver a great service to our colleagues. You’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a variety of activities, including recruitment, wellbeing initiatives, learning and development and improving our people processes.
You’ll be keen to learn, build positive relationships and work collaboratively with others. With support from the team, you’ll develop your confidence, knowledge and skills while building the foundations for a successful career in HR.
