Vehicle Technician / Mechanic
Location: Avonmouth
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekend Work!)
Salary: Competitive (Dependent on experience) + Overtime

The Role
As a key member of our workshop team, you’ll be handling everything from routine servicing to complex diagnostics across a diverse fleet of cars and light commercial vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing routine servicing, maintenance, and safety inspections on modern cars and light vans.
- Carrying out mechanical repairs (brakes, suspension, clutches, timing belts, exhaust systems, etc.).
- Vehicle diagnostics, fault-finding, and practical troubleshooting.
- Maintaining clean, safe work areas and adhering to workshop standards.
- Completing jobs to a high standard efficiently and accurately.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Proven hands-on experience as a vehicle mechanic/technician in a busy workshop setting.
- Versatility: Comfortable working on both passenger cars and light commercial vans across multiple makes and models.
- Skillset: Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic capability, and confidence working independently or as part of a team.
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent experience/time-served).
- Licence: Full UK Driving Licence.
