Kitchen Assistant / Back of House Team Member – Burger Daddy
Pay: £8.00–£12.21 per hour
Burger Daddy is looking for reliable, hardworking and enthusiastic Kitchen Assistants / Back of House Team Members to join our team.
We’re a close-knit team and are looking for people with a positive attitude who work well with others and aren’t afraid to get stuck in.
We currently have various shifts available across weekdays and weekends, making this a great opportunity for anyone looking for flexible part-time hours.
Our kitchen can get very busy, particularly during peak takeaway and delivery periods, so you’ll need to be able to work efficiently, stay organised and keep a cool head when things get fast-paced.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation and general kitchen duties
- Prepare ingredients and food to our standards
- Help with cooking and assembling orders during service
- Follow food hygiene and food safety procedures at all times
- Keep workstations clean, tidy and well organised
- Restock ingredients and packaging throughout the shift
- Help with washing up and general kitchen cleaning
- Communicate with the rest of the team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately
- Help with opening and closing kitchen duties where required

Working Hours
We have various shifts available on both weekdays and weekends, including:
- 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
- 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm
We’re looking for applicants who can offer good availability across these shifts. Please include your general weekday and weekend availability when applying.
