Priory Highbank is looking to recruit a Catering Assistant to join the team. This is a bank role.
Based in Bury, Greater Manchester, Priory Highbank Centre is a Neurorehabilitation service for adults. It provides residential support for males and females with acquired brain injuries (ABI), progressive neurological conditions (PNC), and associated complex physical health needs, including those with complex respiratory requirements such as tracheostomies and mechanical ventilation.
Our team is dedicated to delivering holistic, person-centred neurophysical and cognitive rehabilitation, alongside complex neurodisability management, in a safe and homely environment. We offer a range of services that promote physical, emotional, cognitive, and psychological wellbeing.
Our service users also receive neurorehabilitation for conditions such as:
- Acquired brain injuries
- Traumatic brain injuries
- Post neurosurgeries
- Neurodegenerative conditions
- Spinal cord injuries
- Diffuse multifocal brain injuries
- Strokes
You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting with care requirements, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.
- Assists catering staff with both the preparation and cooking of meals in accordance with the company’s Assured Safe Catering policies and procedures
- Under direction, takes responsibility for parts of the catering operation
- Amends the services to suit the needs of the site
