At Stag, we don't do boring. From high-vibe Bottomless Brunches to lively Karaoke Party Nights on Saturdays we are all about memorable experiences, great drinks, and unbeatable atmosphere.
We are hiring an experienced, high energy Hospitality All-Rounder who knows how to own the room. You will be splitting your time on a busy shift between hosting bottomless brunch tables, making great coffee on our espresso machine and shaking cocktails behind the bar.
This is NOT a "sit behind the podium" host job. We need a personality who can command a busy brunch crowd and literally bring the street into the bar on event nights.
Key Focus Areas
- The Ultimate Brunch Host: You can keep energy high, manage seating turn times effortlessly, and handle the fast moving pace of a buzzing bottomless brunch.
- Street-Side Promoter: On Karaoke Nights, you are our secret weapon. You have the charisma, confidence, and charm to engage passersby off the street and convince them that Stag is the place to be.
- Bar & Barista Skills: Beyond the front door, you are fully capable behind the bar - crafting speciality coffee, pulling pints, shaking cocktails throughout the day and serving our lovely regulars and first time visitors.
What we are looking for
- Hospitality Experience: Proven track record in a fast paced restaurant, bar, cafe environment.
- Outgoing Personality: Extremely confident, charismatic and unshakeable - you love talking to people and aren't afraid to pull crowd attention.
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work weekends
- Drink Knowledge: Solid Barista Skills (milk steaming, coffee extraction) and general bar experience.
