Advance Motors is a successful and expanding automotive retailer representing leading vehicle brands across multiple locations. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive and people-focused HR Coordinator / Internal Recruiter to help us attract, recruit and retain great people across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in HR and recruitment.
What you'll be doing
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Writing engaging job adverts and posting vacancies across multiple platforms
- Screening CVs and shortlisting candidates
- Conducting telephone and video interviews
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers
- Maintaining regular communication with candidates
- Supporting onboarding and new starter administration
- Preparing employment contracts and offer documentation
- Maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Assisting with probation reviews and employee lifecycle administration
- Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Building talent pipelines for future recruitment
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR or talent acquisition
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Confident using Microsoft Office and online recruitment platforms
- Professional, positive and proactive attitude
- Ability to build relationships with managers and candidates
- Experience using HR or ATS systems would be an advantage
Desirable
- CIPD qualification (or working towards)
- Experience within automotive, retail or multi-site businesses
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
