Bar Supervisor/Duty Manager – FirePit Beverley
We’re looking for a confident and reliable Bar Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy sports bar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and support the bar team
- Deliver fast, friendly and consistent service
- Handle cashing up, stock control and opening/closing procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance
- Support training and development of team members
- Step up to manage the venue in the absence of management
What we’re looking for:
- Previous bar or hospitality supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- A hands-on approach with a positive attitude
