Job Summary:
McNamara Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking a Corporate Facilities Supervisor to coordinate the everyday operation and upkeep of workplace facilities. The role will support a safe, organised, and functional working environment by overseeing facilities requests, service providers, maintenance activities, and general workplace requirements.
What You'll Do:
- Supervise day-to-day facilities and workplace support activities
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and routine site services
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and facilities service providers
- Monitor outstanding workplace issues and arrange appropriate follow-up
- Coordinate access, workspace, equipment, and general site requirements
- Maintain facilities records, service schedules, and contractor information
- Support office moves, workspace changes, and internal facilities projects
- Monitor supplies and arrange replenishment of essential workplace items
- Carry out routine workplace checks and report issues requiring attention
- Coordinate facilities requirements for meetings, events, and business activities
- Recommend practical improvements to workplace services and facilities processes
Requirements:
- Experience in facilities, workplace services, property support, office operations, building services, corporate services, or a related environment
- Strong organisation and task-coordination abilities
- Good communication with employees, suppliers, and contractors
- Ability to manage several facilities requests and priorities
- Practical approach to resolving workplace issues
- Comfortable maintaining schedules, records, and service information
- Good attention to detail and follow-through
- Supervisory or facilities coordination experience is advantageous but not essential
- Facilities, business, property, or related qualifications are helpful, with transferable operational experience also considered

Pay: £45,000.00 per year
