Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dog Groomer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to a variety of dog breeds, ensuring each pet looks and feels their best.
Duties
- Bathing, drying, and brushing dogs of all sizes and coat types
- Trimming and styling fur according to breed standards or customer preferences
- Nail clipping, ear cleaning, and teeth cleaning to promote overall health and hygiene
- Maintaining a clean and organised grooming station, including cleaning of tools and equipment
- Providing excellent customer service by communicating effectively with pet owners about grooming needs and aftercare instructions
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and managing client records accurately
Experience
- Must have salon experience and be competent to groom a range of dogs to breed standard independently
- Preferably fully qualified to city & guilds level 3 or equivalent
Pay: £15.00-£25.00 per hour
