About the role
Would you like to step into a role where your decisions directly influence the safety and future of children and families on the Isle of Man?
As a Social Worker within our Initial Response Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for those needing support. You’ll assess needs, analyse risk, respond to concerns, work jointly with police and partner agencies, and guide families through challenging situations with clarity and compassion.
This role gives you the chance to use your professional judgement, communication skills and empathy in a setting where they make a real difference. You’ll develop your practice, build confidence in fast paced decision making and play a key part in safeguarding children at the earliest stage. If you’re looking for a role that stretches your skills and lets you see the impact of your work every day, we’d love to hear from you!
Please note, you must have UK initial response and/or assessment experience.
