We are currently seeking to recruit an organised, motivated and experienced Field Care Supervisor with a pleasant personality and patient, caring nature to join our team in Chippenham.
A flexible attitude to work is required as the position involves early starts and/or late finishes and alternative weekend working.
The successful applicant will have a full driving licence entitling them to drive in the UK, be NVQ or Level 3 Diploma qualified or willing to work towards, have experience of working as a care supervisor/senior, and be computer literate, ideally with experience of rostering and care planning software. The applicant should also have experience of carrying out initial assessments, reviews and care worker supervisions. The position will involve completing care visits at times of need, and participation in the "on-call" rota.
Successful applicants are required to complete an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and complete the Care Certificate (if not already done so).
All employees are offered further training, with Level 4 or 5 Diploma available for the right candidate, in order to enable career progression.
Pay: £14.00-£24.00 per hour
