Job Overview
The Meatery in Gainsborough is looking for a hard working butchery shop assistant to work across our deli section and our raw meat section of the shop.
Duties Deli
- Serve customers, providing excellent customer service.
- Create attractive displays, and bring new ideas to our range of lunch options.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Help with pie production, cooking of produce and general deli duties.
Duties Raw
- Help make burgers and sausages.
- Help prepare our range of ready to cook meals and marinated products.
- Serve customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Learn the trade on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food is prefferred but full training will be given.
- Any relevan butchery / deli experience is preferred but full training will be given.
Most importantly, we are looking for a hard worker who is willing to learn.

Pay: £12.80 per hour
