Requirements
- Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or actively working toward it)
- Eligibility for CIW Registered Manager registration
- Proven track record of delivering quality outcomes for children with complex needs
- Strong knowledge of CIW regulatory standards and safeguarding requirements
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the children’s residential home, ensuring safe, nurturing environments
- Drive CIW regulatory compliance and maintain outstanding inspection standards
- Lead safeguarding and individual care planning for young people with complex needs

Pay: £50,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
