Job Title: Loading Shovel Operator
Duration: 3 weeks
Rate:£22ph
Hawkstone recruitment are seeking for an experienced loading shovel for one of our sites in North Shields-NE29
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading crushers
- Load trucks and wagons.
- Carry out daily pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Maintain a clean and safe working area.
Essential Requirements:
- Must have CPCS or NPORS card
- Previous experience operating loading shovels.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Skills and Competencies:
- Safe machine operation.
- Attention to detail.
- Situational awareness.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills
