Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile tradesman to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of construction and maintenance projects. We specifically need someone who is capable in basic joinery and plumbing tasks.
Responsibilities
- Carry out carpentry tasks.
- Carry out basic plumbing task.
- Undertake painting to meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in all of the following trades: carpentry, painting, plumbing & basic masonery.
- Proficiency in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to trade activities
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments
- Good physical fitness with the capacity to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Relevant certifications or qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory if extensive experience is demonstrated
- A valid driving licence is preferred but not essential depending on project requirements.
