Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Music Booker & Promoter to join our team. This role involves curating live music events, promoting artists, and engaging with audiences to create memorable experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong marketing and communication skills, with a passion for the music industry and excellent customer service abilities. Bilingual proficiency is preferred to effectively connect with diverse audiences and artists.
Duties
- Identify and book talented artists and bands for upcoming events, ensuring a diverse and appealing line-up
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote events across various channels, including social media, print, and local networks
- Coordinate with artists, venues, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution
- Engage with the community to build relationships with local musicians, fans, and industry professionals
- Manage ticket sales and attendance tracking to optimise event success
- Create promotional materials such as posters, flyers, and digital content to maximise outreach
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing attendee inquiries and ensuring a positive experience at all events
- Analyse event performance data to inform future booking and promotional strategies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in marketing, promotion, or event management within the music industry is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Bilingual proficiency is highly advantageous to facilitate broader community engagement
- Passion for music and live events, with an understanding of current industry trends
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Pay: £24,420.00-£51,379.90 per year
