About Us
Waterton Motor Group is the South Wales dealership formerly known as Bridgend Ford.
We’re a family‑run motor business with over 40 years of experience in the local community. While our name has changed, who we are hasn’t. We’re still proudly independent, people‑focused and committed to doing things properly.
Today, Waterton Motor Group brings together brand‑new Ford vehicles, exciting new EV brands including XPENG and Farizon, alongside a large and diverse used car operation with over 250 trusted vehicles, all carefully prepared by our experts in Bridgend.
We believe buying and owning a vehicle should feel straightforward, supportive and human. No pressure. Honest prices. Clear explanations. We pride ourselves on doing the right thing, building long‑term relationships and creating an environment where both customers and colleagues are treated with respect.
We believe that a great customer experience starts with a supportive and engaged team, and we are committed to creating a workplace where people can develop, feel valued and build lasting careers.
