Whiski Rooms Restaurant & Bar in Edinburgh Old Town is looking for a Chef de Partie to work in a busy kitchen using fresh Scottish produce.
We offer you -
- 35+ flexible hours a week
- Hourly pay from £13.50-14.00 per hour
- Tronc Tips (£4-7per hour) + cash tips
Whiski Rooms is part of a group of local Scottish Restaurants and Bars in the heart of the Old Town and Royal Mile where it is bustling with tourists, buskers and a buzzing atmosphere, it is a fun places to work with great customers. We serve locally sourced Scottish food, great cocktails, whisky, craft beers and wine.
Your role will be to delivery quality consistent food, assisting the Head and Sous Chefs on duty.

Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality meals are served
- Maintain kitchen organization and cleanliness, adhering to food safety standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development, utilizing culinary expertise
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a productive work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
