This is a multi-site role and we are looking for a proactive and skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep, safety, and compliance of our supported living homes. You’ll ensure properties are well‑maintained, respond to repairs, manage contractors, and help create safe, comfortable environments for tenants.
What you’ll do
- Carry out day‑to‑day repairs and planned maintenance
- Complete regular property inspections and safety checks
- Ensure compliance with fire, gas, electrical and building standards
- Oversee contractors and cost efficiencies
- Manage a small maintenance team
- Work closely with service managers and staff to prioritise tasks
What you’ll bring
- Strong general maintenance skills (plumbing, joinery, basic electrics, decorating)
- Knowledge of health & safety and property compliance
- Experience in supported living, social housing or care settings (desirable)
- A calm, organised and resident‑focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
