This bonus will be paid in two stages: £1,000 after six months, following successful completion of the probation period. £1,000 after twelve months, once manufacturer accreditation has been achieved. Opportunity at RRG Chery Letchworth - Master Technician
Salary: £41,000.00 - £49,500.00+ OTE DOE plus performance-based bonuses. Additional hours and overtime opportunities available if required.
Full-time, Permanent. Normal working hours of 45 hours per week: Monday to Friday, with a half an hour unpaid lunch break. NO WEEKENDS.

If you have a passion for automotive excellence, outstanding diagnostic skills, and a drive to work with the latest Chery technology, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing: Diagnosing complex vehicle faults using the latest diagnostic equipment. Carrying out high-quality repairs and maintenance on Chery vehicles. Supporting and mentoring technicians and apprentices to develop their skills. Ensuring all work meets Chery’s high standards for safety and efficiency. Keeping up to date with the latest Chery technical training and innovations. Liaising with service advisors and customers to provide expert advice.
What We’re Looking For: Qualified to Master Technician level. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work efficiently and maintain high-quality workmanship. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. A valid UK driving licence.
