Admin Event Operations & Client Success Assistant & All Rounder
Location: Birmingham / West Midlands
(Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in-office standard as required. + 5 days/week in Birmingham office for 1 week pre-event and 2 weeks post-event a few times a year)

What We’re Looking For
- The Basics: Strong foundational experience in either sales support, general administration, CRM management, or live digital events.
- Attributes: Highly organised, tech-savvy, an empathetic communicator, and comfortable with occasional evening hours during live event weeks. A do-er and problem solver.
- General: Tasks are not limited to the outlined, and you should be willing to play as a proactive part of the team wherever required.

- Location: should reside within the Midlands area with the ability to commute easily to our Birmingham office.
