Main Purpose of Position
An exciting new opportunity for someone looking to get into the live events industry. We are looking for a production crew member to join our growing team to assist with the setup and breakdown of AV, Sound, Lighting and scenic elements at events. The role is very exciting, challenging and includes ample opportunity for personal development.

Key Responsibilities
- Setting up and de-rigging events
- Scenic and stage construction
- Collection and delivery of event equipment
- Loading and unloading of vehicles
- Embracing and learning new areas of technology
- Prepping and de-prepping of technical equipment in our warehouse
Skills
- Well presented, positive and confident in engaging with others
- Flexible with the working hours involved in the live events industry
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Ability to problem solve and to work to deadlines
- High self-motivation
- Flexibility and a can-do attitude
- UK Driving Licence (6 points max)
- Previous experience and knowledge of AV in the events industry not essential but useful
Working Hours
- Mixture of hours made up at events, in green screen studio and in our warehouse. Due to the nature of events, times will vary from week to week
- We will offer a minimum of 160 hours contracted hours per salaried month with overtime paid for additional hours
- We will aim to always inform you with at least 7 days notice the hours you are required to work the following week
- We offer a minimum shift pay of 5 hours
Health & Safety

Skills and Qualifications required for the role:
Essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communicator with good people skills
- Excellent time management
- Full UK Driving License
Desirable
- Knowledge of Events, in particular AV, lighting and sound
