Job Summary
· To ensure the standards of cleanliness of the hotel and maintenance are adhered to.
- weekends only Saturday and Sunday

Key Area of Responsibility
· To service rooms check the cleanliness/appearance/presentation of rooms, making sure all are complying with hotel policies, and to the agreed standards.
· Check the paperwork every morning for any guest requests for the room, and ensure these are implemented.
· Report any concerns over stock levels of laundry, dry goods, and cleaning chemicals, to the Housekeeping Manager/Supervisor.
· To identify & report all maintenance issues, ensuring they are all reported via the agreed channel. The need to liaise with reception and maintenance to ensure timely completion of tasks is vital.
· To comply with current Health & Safety, COSSH, Fire Regulations and any other legislation applicable.
· To liaise closely with reception staff regarding guest requirements, comments and complaints.
· To log all lost property on rezlynx, to store safely and securely, and to return to guests where applicable.
· Any other duties as specified by Line Manager.
