A new opportunity has arisen for a Complaint Handler to join us at Quick Car Finance. The key purpose of this role is to ensure that all aftersales customer queries and complaints are handled fairly and efficiently. You'll take complete ownership of customer issues from the point they're initially raised, right through to resolution.
Your Responsibilities:
- Handle FCA regulated complaints about the provision of finance, as well as post-sale vehicle quality issues.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, lenders, dealerships and internal stakeholders to obtain fair customer outcomes in a timely manner.
- Produce written communications that are accurate and concise, including "final response" letters.
- Work within various acts, rules and guidance including the Consumer Rights Act and the FCA's DISP rules.
- Ensure that internal systems are kept accurate and up to date throughout.
- Prioritize workload and case management in order to effectively and efficiently handle multiple ongoing cases.
- Identify trends and opportunities and conduct root-cause analysis in order to improve internal processes upstream.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience of handling customer complaints and/or dispute resolution is essential.
- Preferably this experience would be in either the finance or automotive industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A passion for achieving good customer outcomes.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple ongoing cases.
- Hard-working, determined and resilient.
- Comfortable working under pressure, proactive and someone who uses their own initiative.
- Works well as part of a team.
