PART-TIME MUSIC THERAPIST

Groovestar Music School CIC is expanding its music therapy provision and is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and professionally committed Music Therapist to join our team on a part-time, self-employed basis.
About the Role
We are looking for a qualified and appropriately professionally registered Music Therapist to provide music therapy sessions across Thurrock and Dartford, working with children, young people and/or adults with a range of needs.
Hours are flexible and negotiable, depending on availability, referrals and your preferred working pattern.
Immediate start available.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Music Therapist with appropriate professional registration/membership, such as BAMT
- Enhanced DBS clearance
- Professional indemnity/public liability insurance
- Experience working with children, young people and/or adults
- A compassionate, person-centred approach
- Strong safeguarding awareness
- Reliable, professional and confident working independently
- Ability to travel within the Thurrock/Dartford area
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical music therapy
