We're looking for a Support Worker to work across our Supported Living Services. You'll be supporting adults on a person-centered basis to live more independently and work towards moving into independent accommodation.
Your role will include supporting people with medication, accessing the community, cleaning, cooking and other domestic tasks. Your days will be varied, so we’re looking for someone who can think on their feet, understand the needs of the people who draw on our support, and bring a positive attitude to every shift.
We're not too concerned about qualifications for this role; we're more interested in your values and how you build relationships with the people we support and fellow colleagues.
