Hard Landscaper / GroundworkerLocation: [Hertfordshire] Job Type: Self employed: £[200-250] per day depending on experience and quality of work.
We are looking for experienced hard landscapers to join a growing landscaping team working on high-end residential and commercial projects.
The role involves all aspects of hard landscaping and groundwork, including paving, fencing, decking, drainage, brickwork, sleepers, turf preparation, and general site work. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
- Installing porcelain and natural stone paving
- Building patios, pathways, and driveways
- Timber/composite decking installation
- Fencing and sleeper work
- Basic brickwork and retaining walls
- Ground preparation and drainage
- Operating tools and small machinery safely
- Keeping sites clean and organised
- Working efficiently as part of a team
Requirements:
- Previous hard landscaping experience essential
- Full UK driving licence required
- Ability to work to a high standard
- Reliable and punctual
- Good attitude and work ethic
- CSCS card preferred but not essential
- Experience using power tools and site equipment
