The Red Lion Great Bowden
- Salary - £32,000 - 36,000
- High level of tips, independently distributed via Tronc system
- 48 hours per week, covering the majority of weekends
Your core responsibilities will be to assist the General Manager to:
- Ensure that the business is fully compliant with all legislation and that it operates within the terms of planning, licensing and other regulatory consents
- Identify additional revenue streams and cost savings to enhance profitability
- Implement capital projects within agreed budgets and timescales
- Ensure that customers' experience exceeds expectations in all respects
- Protect the fabric of the building and other capital assets by adopting the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene and ensuring items are regularly serviced and maintained where applicable
- Develop employees to their maximum potential and maintain a fully competent, efficient and motivated team
- Follow procedures, controls and due diligence requirements set out by The Group
