Robinson Roofing Group Limited are seeking highly skilled NVQ Level 3 and Heritage Qualified Roofers and Lead Workers to join our award-winning team.

Based in Havant, we specialise in the highest standards of traditional and contemporary roofing across four divisions, with a particular strength in:
- Heritage – traditional craftsmanship, ornate and complex slating, heritage restoration and detailing

The Opportunity
These roles are offered on a self-employed / CIS registered basis with weekly pay.
For the right candidates who consistently demonstrate high-quality workmanship, reliability and professionalism, there is a clear pathway into permanent full-time employment.
The Roles
We are looking for experienced tradespeople who can work to the highest standards in one or more of the following areas:
NVQ Level 3 / Heritage Qualified Roofers
- Complex pitched roofing, traditional tiling and natural slating
- Heritage roofing techniques and restoration
- High-quality detailing and finishing on prestigious projects
Lead Workers
- Bespoke leadwork, bossing, welding and complex flashings
- Specialist lead installations to chimneys, dormers, junctions and decorative features
- Work carried out to high traditional and industry standards (including BS 6915)
Career Progression

What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 in Roofing Occupations or Heritage Skills (Roof Slating & Tiling) – essential for roofing roles
- Proven experience in heritage roofing and/or specialist leadwork
- Exceptional practical skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable, professional and safety-conscious attitude
- Ability to work at height confidently and to a high standard
- Full UK driving licence – essential
- CSCS card (preferably gold card)
- Willingness to travel to sites across Hampshire and neighbouring counties
- Must be able to work on a CIS self-employed basis
