You will primarily be responsible for ensuring food safety and Quality standards are achieved, by carrying out extensive sampling, monitoring, and reporting of quality parameters. The successful candidate will work alongside the production team to check the quality of manufactured product including check-weighing product, product quality as well as ensuring package integrity and performing metal detection tests. In addition, you will conduct various internal audits including foreign body, GMP, glass & hard plastic and hygiene audits. Quality management systems are already in place as we work to a high standard with BRCGS AA+, IFS Higher level and customer standards.
