We're opening a brand-new children's home in Kidderminster, and we're looking for caring, committed, and enthusiastic Residential Support Workers to join our founding team.

What's the Role?
As a Residential Support Worker, you'll support children and young people in their daily lives, helping them develop independence, build positive relationships, and enjoy new experiences.
From helping with homework and cooking meals together to supporting appointments, activities, and celebrating achievements, you'll play an important role in helping young people feel safe, cared for, and encouraged.
No two days are ever the same – and that's exactly what makes the role so rewarding.
What We're Looking For:
- A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to build trusting relationships
- Resilience, patience, and a sense of humour
- Experience in care, support work, education, youth work, or similar roles is desirable
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or willing to work towards it
- Full UK driving licence essential
