We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Property Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring our managed portfolio remains fully compliant and well maintained.
This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can confidently manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with landlords, tenants and contractors, and ensure every property is managed to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of residential properties from move-in to move-out.
- Coordinating and monitoring all property maintenance and repairs.
- Ensuring all statutory compliance is maintained, including:
- Gas Safety Certificates
- Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- PAT Testing
- Legionella Risk Assessments
- Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarm Compliance
- Proactively monitoring expiry dates and arranging renewals before they become due.
- Carrying out routine property inspections.
- Producing detailed inspection reports and following up on any required works.
- Organising check-ins and check-outs.
- Reviewing inventories and check-out reports.
- Liaising with contractors to obtain quotations and oversee works through to completion.
- Handling maintenance issues efficiently from initial report to resolution.
- Providing excellent communication and customer service to landlords and tenants.
- Maintaining accurate property records using our property management software.
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management.
- Strong understanding of current lettings legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confident using property management software and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
