An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our friendly team based at a busy commercial business park in Dartford.
You will supervise a small team while also working alongside them to deliver a high standard of grounds maintenance across the business park.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting a small grounds maintenance team.
- Carrying out grounds maintenance work alongside the team.
- Grass cutting.
- Strimming and general grounds maintenance.
- Shrub and border maintenance.
- Hedge cutting and general pruning.
- Ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
- Scheduling and organising maintenance works.
- Reviewing contract scheduling and ensuring agreed works are delivered.
- Helping to maintain a safe, tidy and well presented business park.
A full driving licence is essential.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced grounds maintenance operative looking to take the next step into a supervisory role, or for an existing supervisor looking for a varied, hands on position within a friendly team.
