Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Negotiator to join our clients independent estate agents in the vibrant city of Manchester. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating residential property sales, building strong relationships with buyers and vendors, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to completion. Key Responsibilities
- Register and qualify prospective buyers, understanding their property requirements.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.
- Maintain regular communication with vendors, providing viewing feedback and sales updates.
- Progress agreed sales through to exchange and completion.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other third parties involved in the sales process.
- Ensure all property records, CRM systems, and sales documentation are accurate and up to date.
- Meet and exceed individual and branch sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all stages of the sales journey.

Working Hours
Full-time, Monday to Friday with rotational Saturday working in line with branch requirements.
Pay: £27,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
