Responsibilities
- Effectively and efficiently assist patients and the team with a wide range of reception and admin roles
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are prepared.
- Provide high-quality patient care by addressing patient concerns and ensuring their comfort throughout procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as required.
- Sterilise instruments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage appointment schedules, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with other dental professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed, including managing inventory of dental supplies.
Skills
- Proficient in IT systems related to dental practice management.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, particularly in English.
- A genuine commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a calm demeanour.
