If that sounds like you, we’re currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join our Vehicle Application and Ordering team, supporting our new customers on their journey from point of application through to delivery, with an overall focus on growing our fleet of 25,000 vehicles.

Our team of 80 currently work from our head office in Great Bentley near Colchester.
As of July 2026 we will be relocating to Lodge Park Business Centre, Lodge Lane, Colchester CO4 5NE.
Working hours are Mon – Thurs 08:30 – 17:30, Fri 08:30 – 16:30.
What you’ll do
- Processing and chasing vehicle order confirmations, liaising with the lease companies to ensure that orders are placed promptly.
- Price checking and placing orders for passenger and light commercial vehicles.
- Subject matter expert on the different payment methods available including salary sacrifice and salary deduction (training provided).
- Providing customers with advice on the best makes and models of vehicles to order that suit their requirements (training provided).
- Scope to assist with our temporary car fleet.
- Assisting with the progression and authorisation of end user applications.

- Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Starting at £28,129.46.00 per annum, increasing to £30,137.27 following successful completion of probation, + EOT bonus (after completion of 12-months continuous service)
