Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Ayurveda Therapist to join our Ayurveda centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing holistic Ayurvedic treatments to clients, promoting health and well-being through personalised therapies. The Ayurveda Therapist will work closely with clients to assess their needs and deliver customised treatment plans in a professional and caring environment.
Duties
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand clients’ health concerns and wellness goals
- Perform Ayurvedic therapies such as massage, herbal treatments, and detoxification procedures
- Develop personalised treatment programmes based on Ayurvedic principles
- Educate clients on lifestyle, diet, and herbal remedies to support their health journey
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment
- Keep detailed records of treatments administered and client progress
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Ayurvedic practices and therapies
Requirements
- Proven experience or training in Ayurveda therapy or related holistic health disciplines
- Knowledge of anatomy to ensure safe and effective treatment delivery
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach towards clients
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- A recognised qualification in Ayurveda therapy or complementary health is preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends if required

Pay: £12.75-£13.50 per hour
