The Opportunity
Our core business is within the gambling and leisure sector, primarily Bingo and Casino operations. Managing a successful Bingo Club or Casino requires a unique combination of skills, including:

Your Training Programme
As a Trainee Manager, you will undertake a comprehensive 13-week foundation programme, learning every aspect of our operation. This will include:
- Cashiering and cash handling
- Bar operations
- Catering services
- Change giving
- Slot machine management
- Bingo claim verification
- Bingo calling
- Customer service and customer engagement
- Casino table dealing
You will also receive full training in public speaking and microphone work, ensuring you develop the confidence required to lead from the front.
Following successful completion of the initial programme, you will progress to a further 13-week Senior Trainee Manager programme, where you will develop your supervisory and management skills in preparation for appointment as an Assistant Manager.
