*Job Overview* This is a job share role. Working Monday and Friday only. Holiday cover also required. As a Service Advisor, you will be a vital link between customers and the automotive service department, ensuring a smooth and efficient service experience. *Duties* - Greet customers and ascertain their service needs - Provide advice on required services and repairs - Schedule service appointments - Liaise with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work - Explain service estimates and invoices to customers - Upsell additional services or products as appropriate - Handle cash transactions accurately *Skills* - Proficient in cash handling procedures - Ability to upsell products or services effectively - Basic mechanical knowledge to understand service requirements - Exceptional customer service skills
