The Role
This is a cover position across two academies, stepping in to deliver high quality Musical Theatre sessions when needed. You will be working with students across our Green (ages 6 to 9), Blue (ages 10 to 12), and Red (ages 13 to 18) groups, delivering engaging, inclusive, and well structured sessions in line with PQA's curriculum and values.One of the real benefits of this role is that you won't be walking in cold. PQA follows a structured, curriculum led approach to learning, which means all session planning is already done for you. Everything you need to deliver a brilliant session is prepared and ready to go. You simply bring your expertise, your warmth, and your passion for the work.
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience teaching or leading performing arts sessions with young people, brings warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for the work, is confident delivering Musical Theatre content across a range of ages and abilities, is reliable, adaptable, and able to step in at short notice when required, and shares our deep commitment to inclusion, wellbeing, and creating a safe space for every student.

Pay: £18.00-£24.00 per hour
