We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised National Saturday Club Assistant to support the delivery of our exciting National Saturday Club Programme. This is a part-time role for 2 hours per week on a Saturday during term time.
The National Saturday Club is part of a nationwide initiative that gives 13 to 16-year-olds access to enriching creative and educational experiences, helping them develop skills, broaden horizons, and explore future education and career opportunities.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone passionate about working with young people and supporting creative learning experiences.
Working alongside the National Saturday Club Manager, you will help plan, organise and deliver engaging weekly sessions, ensuring that participating young people have a positive, inclusive and inspiring experience.
You will support a range of activities including:
- Assisting with the delivery of weekly Club sessions

Preparing materials, resources and equipment

Supporting learners and visiting speakers during activities

Maintaining attendance records, consent forms and programme documentation

Assisting with trips, enrichment activities and national showcase events, including visits to London

Supporting outreach and promotional activities with schools and community partners

Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed at all times

Assisting with resource management, purchasing and general programme administration

Willingness to work Saturdays and attend occasional events or trips
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Education, Youth Work, Arts, or a related field

GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent

Experience supporting enrichment programmes, workshops, events or outreach activities

Knowledge of safeguarding and health and safety procedures
