Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments including eyelash extensions, deep tissue massages, makeup application, and other skincare services with precision and care.
- Manage the front desk operations, greeting guests warmly, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening attentively to clients’ needs, offering professional advice, and tailoring treatments to individual preferences.
- Utilize social media management skills to promote services, share client success stories, and engage with our online community to attract new guests.
- Upsell additional treatments or products confidently to enhance client satisfaction and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas, adhering strictly to health regulations.
- Support guest services by creating a relaxing environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.
Experience
- Proven experience in aesthetics or beauty therapy, including eyelash extensions, makeup application, or massage therapy.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee daily operations and coordinate team activities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, team members, and managing social media platforms.
- Background in hospitality or customer service roles that emphasize guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of upselling techniques and product recommendations to enhance client experiences.
- Experience with front desk responsibilities such as scheduling, billing, and guest inquiries is preferred.
- Additional skills in barbering or other grooming services are a plus but not required.
