About the Role
We're a growing commercial cleaning company looking for a motivated individual to join us on a work experience basis, learning the fundamentals of B2B sales and lead generation. You'll gain hands-on experience prospecting, pitching, and helping convert leads into paying clients with real commission paid out for every successful contract you help secure.

Type: Unpaid base + commission on results
What You'll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential commercial clients (offices, retail units, gyms, schools, etc.)
- Qualify interest and pass warm leads to the sales/management team
- Track outreach and follow-ups using CRM systems
What You'll Get
- Practical, CV-ready experience in B2B lead generation and sales
- Mentorship from the founder/management team
- Commission of 10% of the first month's invoice value, for every signed contract of £1,000/month or more that you source (full terms confirmed in a written agreement before you start)

- Confident communicator, comfortable with cold outreach (calls/email/LinkedIn)

- Interest in sales, business development, or B2B services
Pay: £100.00-£2,000.00 per week
