Job Description:
- Report writing Taking photographs throughout treatment
- Taking trios scans and sending to the appropriate labs
- Uploading patient photos and scans to Invisalign for the dentists (they only need to complete the prescription then)
- Finance applications with patients – if reception busy
- Making case studies for all dentists in their practice that complete the big 5.
- Maintaining great relations with patients
- Treatment Co-ordinating including Dental Implants, Orthodontics, Cosmetic Treatments.
- Trios scan all new private patients and NHS patients when referred by the dentist
- Discuss the Treatment Menu and options with patients using before and after pictures, website, models, Scan etc.
- Take a patient testimonial after the treatment.
- Encourage reviews – Google, Facebook, NHS choices.
- If they are the implant nurse also they will need to order implants and nurse for the implants.
- Closely work with dentists to keep track of treatment.
