Sports Massage Therapist (Self-Employed)

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and reliable Sports Massage Therapist to join our team on a self-employed basis.
This is a flexible opportunity that can fit around your existing commitments. Sessions will be offered based on your availability, with clinic opening hours between 9:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday. You may choose to work anywhere from 1 to 6 days per week, depending on your availability and client demand.
The successful candidate will be confident working independently while maintaining a high standard of professional practice and customer care.
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Sports Massage Qualification or above (Essential)
- Minimum 2 years' experience working as a Sports Massage Therapist (Essential)
- Fully insured to practice (Essential)
- Membership of a relevant professional body with evidence of registration (Essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage appointments professionally
- Strong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and recovery techniques
- Commitment to providing exceptional client care
Desirable
- Additional massage, rehabilitation, or sports therapy qualifications
- Experience working within a physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or sports injury clinic
- Knowledge of exercise prescription and injury prevention strategies
