HWM Group is looking for an experienced Site Engineer to join our growing civil engineering team. Working across a variety of groundworks and infrastructure projects throughout the South of the UK, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, accurately, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
· Setting out and surveying for a range of groundworks and civil engineering projects.
· Working from CAD drawings, engineering drawings and digital models.
· Coordinating site engineering activities to meet contract programme requirements.
· Ensuring company procedures are followed during all setting out operations.
· Communicating technical information effectively to site teams, operatives and subcontractors.
· Carrying out and recording as-built surveys.
· Maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy and health & safety on site.
About You
· Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Engineer within the UK civil engineering or groundworks sector.
· Experience using modern surveying and setting-out equipment.
· Strong understanding of engineering drawings and construction methods.
· Excellent communication and organisational skills.
· HNC, HND or Degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
· Valid CSCS Card.
· Recognised Health & Safety qualification.
· Full UK driving licence.
· Thorough understanding of UK civil engineering and groundworks practices.
