About the Role
BLOXT Limited is looking for experienced Gas Engineers to join our growing installation team, carrying out domestic boiler installations.
We are looking for engineers who are confident working independently, take pride in their workmanship and understand the importance of providing an excellent customer experience.
We are offering a permanent employed position with a competitive salary, 28 days' annual holiday and a bonus structure rewarding performance, quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Install domestic boilers to a high standard and in accordance with current regulations.
- Complete boiler swaps and associated heating and plumbing works.
- Commission and test installations correctly.
- Complete all required installation paperwork and compliance documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe and professional working environment.
- Protect customers' homes and property during installation.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide a clear handover.
- Identify and report any issues or additional works required.
- Work independently while maintaining communication with the BLOXT Limited team.
- Consistently meet company standards for safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will be:
- An experienced domestic Gas Engineer with proven boiler installation experience.
- Gas Safe registered and fully qualified for the work being undertaken.
- Fully compliant with all relevant gas, health & safety and installation requirements.
- Confident working alone and managing installations from start to finish.
- Reliable, punctual and well organised.
- Respectful, polite and professional when working in customers' homes.
- Customer-focused, with excellent communication skills.
- Able to maintain a consistently high standard of workmanship.
- In possession of a full UK driving licence.
- Able to provide and maintain the tools and equipment required for the role.
