What's Cooking is looking for an experienced and reliable Full-Time Chef to join our busy kitchen team at our restaurant in Liverpool's Albert Dock.
Previous professional kitchen experience is essential. We are looking for someone who is confident working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in producing great food and can maintain high standards throughout busy services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and cooking food to a consistently high standard
- Working efficiently during busy services
- Following recipes, portion controls and presentation standards
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
- Minimising food waste and helping control kitchen costs
- Working as part of a strong and supportive kitchen team
We Are Looking For:
- Previous professional chef/kitchen experience – essential
- A hardworking and reliable attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- High standards of food quality and hygiene
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy periods
This is a full-time position with competitive pay based on experience.
